Not at this time. Because of the wide range of our electronics products and the complication of electronics , it is necessary for you to discuss the product being purchased and the details with our staff.

Up to now, we concentrate on manufacturing. You can contact our sales office in Taipei or Shenzhen. You are welcome to co-operate with us if you are qualified seller in this industry. More co-operate information please directly contact our marketing department

How long does it take from the time I order to the time you ship?
On average about 2-12 weeks from everything is confirmed, depending on the model chosen and the order quantity.

Where are the LUCINE electronics products produced?
Our principle manufacturing facilities are in Shenzhen, China, where is next to Hong Kong. We also have manufacturing facilities in Taipei, Taiwan

I have my own design products, can you produce for me?
It's depended on the technical limitations of our equipment. Please let me know what your requirements are and we'll check. In most cases we can provide exactly what you required in the consumer electronics industry. Your designed artwork and technical paper may be sent to us first. How long is your warranty period? What should I do if faults happen to the products I purchased?
We only deliver qualified products. Our warranty is 1 year for most of LUCINE electronics products. Within this period we'll collect back all the products with non man-made fault for free repairing.

What is the minimum order quantity? May I buy 1 or 2 pieces for test first?
The minimum for custom run order varies, depending on the model of product. Small sample order is available. Please discuss this with our sales .

Do you have any stock? Can I buy them cheaper without logo printed?
Sometimes we have out of date products for sale seasonally, keep attention to our website for latest promotional information.

Do you accept credit card payment?
Not at this time. Because of we mainly run international manufacturing order up to now. We accept T/T, L/C payment and Paypal for small sample order. We'll accept more payment terms for retail in future.
